At the cliff house, Steffy tells Liam she’s stressed out… and it’s because of Finn and Hope. After being filled in on the Hope For the Future situation, Liam says he doesn’t want to take sides. He has nothing but respect for her as a businesswoman, but he knows how much the line means to Hope. Steffy says they can’t let personal feelings get in the way of business decisions. Liam recognizes that, but he feels he’s missing something. “Why is Finn even involved in this?” Steffy says he shouldn’t be. Her husband cares about people… sometimes too much. He defended Hope, and frankly, she thinks Finn needs to stay in his lane.
In Forrester’s main office, Finn works on Hope’s pressure points. She tells him it’s working. He’s concerned about the migraines she’s getting. She needs to take care of herself. “You’ve been a bad patient, not taking doctor’s orders.” Hope will try harder. “I promise.” When he’s not looking, she makes eyes at him.
At the Forrester mansion, Ridge thinks Brooke and Steffy will be a dream team. Brooke volleys, “If we can get along.” He’s sure they’ll be able to get along and it will be great for the company. Brooke tells him this means a lot to her. Ridge asks if it’s a yes. “Will you help lead Forrester again?” He tells her there’s no one better. Brooke is very flattered and Forrester means a lot to her. “Yes, it would be such an honor. Part of me wants to say yes.” Ridge is confused. Brooke says years ago she would have jumped at the opportunity, but right now it doesn’t feel like the right time.
In the main office, Finn is now working on Hope’s shoulders. He offers to keep going, but she says she’s feeling much better. Finn hoped he helped. Hope says, “You certainly did.” She teases that if he wants to change careers, he could do massage therapy. “You certainly have a way with your hands.” Finn offers to show her how to do it. Hope will try her best, but she’s sure she won’t be as effective. Finn tells her to feel free to seek him out. She smiles. Her headache is practically gone. Finn warns she has to find a way to relieve the stress in her life. Hope will try. Finn is serious. “I’m concerned about you.”

At the Forrester mansion, Ridge thought Brooke would jump at this opportunity “What is this about really? Is it Steffy?” Brooke admits that’s part of the reason. She wouldn’t have an issue with it. “I think it would be the other way around.” She complains Steffy’s been on a Logan vs. Forrester rampage lately, targeting Hope. She wants to be involved, but she doesn’t want to work side-by-side with Steffy. “I don’t want to threaten her in any way.”
In the cliff house, Steffy loves her husband, but some of the choices he’s making lately are crazy. Liam can’t believe he’s genuinely torn between her and Sheila. Steffy’s sure they’ll survive this. Liam warns she’ll keep pushing and Steffy needs to have a plan. Steffy knows that Finn is struggling with this tie to Sheila, but his tie to her is a lot stronger. Liam advises her to keep her guard up. Steffy sighs that Sheila is causing problems without even knowing it. Lately, by bringing Finn and Hope closer together.
Steffy says Hope’s influence on Finn has been very unhealthy. Every time they hang out he comes back with thoughts like, “Maybe Sheila has changed.” She thinks Hope is getting in his head. Liam guesses that Hope thinks because she got a second chance with her deadbeat parent, Finn deserves the same chance. Steffy says it’s different. Hope’s father is a loser, but Sheila’s a psychopath. “She truly believes that Sheila’s changed. It’s really disturbing and the last thing my husband needs to hear.” Liam can’t argue that. Steffy has a theory: Hope spending all this time with her husband, and Hope thinking that Sheila’s changed… I really believe she’s trying to cause problems between Finn and me.”

In the main office, Hope doesn’t want to cause tension in Finn’s life. She suspects Steffy wouldn’t like him offering her medical advice or even speaking to her about anything ever. Finn knows she and Steffy butt heads now and then, but his wife supports his desire to help people. “Even a dreaded Logan.” They laugh. Finn cares about Hope and he knows she’s had some struggles and lots of change lately. Hope nods. It feels like whiplash. Finn is confident she can handle it. “You are a strong, capable woman, you have lots of family to lean on, not to mention friends like me.” He will always be there for her.

At the Forrester mansion, Ridge recaps that Brooke’s willing to walk away from this opportunity because she doesn’t want to threaten Steffy. Brooke won’t hesitate to push back against his daughter as needed. Forrester is the legacy they’re handing down to the next generation. She’s not sure she and Steffy could accomplish that together. She could be more effective behind the scenes. She appreciates him offering though. It’s nice he values her. Ridge asks how she makes him fall more in love with her every day. They kiss and canoodle. Brooke wants to go home and have privacy. Ridge grunts.
At the cliff house, Liam feels trying to come for Steffy’s marriage doesn’t seem like something Hope would do. Steffy thinks she can be a little manipulative. She’s doing what Logans do when they don’t get their way and is retaliating. Liam says if she’s encouraging Finn to pursue a relationship with Sheila, that would be wrong, but he doubts she’d be doing it just to get to Steffy. “That’s not who she is.” Steffy corrects, “That’s not who she was.” She complains that Hope now actually believes Sheila is a different person. “I mean, come on. Girlfriend is off the rails!”
In the office, Hope tells Finn it means a lot knowing he cares about her. Finn goes on about her being an amazing mother and a fashion icon. She thinks he’s talking about Steffy. He’s talking about her. He goes on about her bettering people’s lives with her message. “You fully embody the name of your line: Hope For the Future.” Hope starts rubbing her neck. Finn asks, “Headache?” She nods. Finn moves closer and reaches his hands behind her hair to rub her neck. Their faces come closer and closer together and suddenly she kisses him. He pulls back slightly in surprise… and then they start making out.
