This is Madhavi Reddy Pellakuru. She recently joined as a Senior Director of Data Operations within S&P Global Market Intelligence and is on the Reach People Resource Group (PRG) Hyderabad, India Chapter Board. Our Reach PRG is integral in strengthening S&P Global’s DEI strategy by improving accessibility for continuous innovation as well as fostering environments where people with disabilities—whether apparent or nonapparent—are embraced, supported, and allowed to succeed. Madhavi’s passion for getting the right talent on her teams started when she was interviewing a prospect in a previous role who was hearing-impaired. Not only did the team member excel at the interview and was hired, Madhavi took them under her wing to personally train them as no one else on her team was capable. This kick-started her journey to Accelerate Progress for others in her path. This is Madhavi’s story.
