We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) / Dimensions Technical Integrations Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring technical integrations within the UKG Pro WFM platform to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration between UKG Pro WFM and other systems preferably Workday.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement technical integrations between UKG Pro WFM and various third-party systems, such as HRIS, Payroll, Time and Attendance, and other enterprise applications.
Configure and customize UKG Pro WFM to optimize integration capabilities and ensure alignment with client requirements.
Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing or post-implementation.
Create comprehensive technical documentation, including integration specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures, to support integration projects and provide guidance to clients and internal teams.
Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the integration lifecycle.
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to workforce management and integration solutions. Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to integration processes and tools.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting and/or implementing UKG Dimensions / Pro Workforce Management
Strong technical skills with experience in software development, API integration, data mapping, and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript).
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management platforms.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between complex enterprise systems, preferably involving UKG Pro WFM Dimensions.
Ability to analyze complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve common goals.
