You cannot drop off a UPS package at a USPS station. Nor can you ask USPS pickup for a UPS package. You can only use USPS pick-up or stations for products being shipped via US Postal Service. United Parcel Service is NOT the same as US Postal Service.

*UPS accepts ground shipments with a UPS Returns label at all drop box locations. Size restriction applies to all drop box shipment (maximum size is 16" x 13" x 3").

If you don't have a printer, you can: Scan and print by mobile barcode at a UPS location; or. Email the label to yourself (or a friend) to print later.

Under Manage UPS Pickups, click the Pickup Status link. You will be taken to the Pickup Status tool. In the Pickup Status tool, locate the scheduled pickup, which will be displayed in the Status of scheduled pickup requests table.

You cannot drop off boxes for delivery through UPS Access Point at a Post Office, but you can arrange this directly with the UPS courier if that's more convenient than using a drop off point.

You can't put a package that weighs more than thirteen ounces with stamps in the box, but you'll have to take that to the post office. You also can't drop in packages that are more than three inches tall. They likely won't fit in the box, so you'll have to find another way to ship those packages.

No, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers can't deliver to your mailbox directly. The USPS has a rule that gives them the only right to deliver to mailboxes. Alternatively, you or your customer can redirect any shipment to a UPS Access Point® before it arrives for delivery. If you're dropping off a package for delivery, the process is similar. Simply scan your label at the kiosk, the door will open, and you leave your package there to be picked up by the UPS driver.
